Communication

Know what’s happening with your project.

  • We guarantee to listen to your ideas and needs and to discuss with you the best options for your project and to explain the likely processes required.

  • Through the course of the build, we will communicate with you openly (by phone and with a photo record) at regular intervals so you are informed of site progress.

  • To ensure lines of communication are always open to you either Jesse McIvor, or the site foreman, will be available to talk with you, onsite or via phone, should you have any ideas, concerns or questions regarding your project.

Security

We guarantee to secure your property.

  • To cover floors with roll out protection and existing walls with ram board.

  • To only allow JMC approved contractors on site who agree to abide by our

    company rules and policies.

  • To keep a register of everyone who comes onto your site.

  • To clearly identify work areas and section-off non-work areas.

  • To respect and care for your property.

  • At the close of each day to close up any open areas with temporary boarding and

    plastic.

Project Management

We understand your time is important.

  • We guarantee that your project will progress according to the agreed time schedule. In the event that conditions outside our control should affect the time schedule we will discuss this with you at the first possible convenient occasion and do everything in our power to get your project back on schedule.

Qualified

We are qualified industry professionals.

  • Because JMC is a member of NZ Certified Builders Association you have access to the Halo 10 year Residential Build Guarantee (this product is exclusive to members of NZCBA).

  • Our tradesmen are all BCITO qualified, holding Level 4 certificates. We also endeavour to have our unqualified team members in apprenticeships so you are assured of a skilled team that take pride in the level of workmanship delivered.

Completion

We will look after you to the end.

  • We guarantee to reinstate any area of damage that we may have caused to your property.
    We guarantee our work to be watertight. In the unlikely event of a leak caused through our workmanship we will put this right at our expense.

    We guarantee to fully clean your property before we hand it over to you. We take pride in the quality of our work, and want to present your project back to you at its best.
    In the unlikely event that something within my control does go wrong, I guarantee to put it right.

    We guarantee to complete your project with all required certificates issued including code of compliance certificates where required.

Safety

We pride ourselves a safe site for clients, employees and subtrades.

  • We have been assessed to a Sitewise Green level.

  • We guarantee to maintain safe work practices on your site at all times.

  • All safety toolbox talks, site safety inspections and all related documents will be

    regularly documented via our digital safety system.
